Effective Date: March 5, 2026 | Last Updated: March 5, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Roster Method, an online talent management training program operated by OVO Talent LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By applying, enrolling, or accessing any part of the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not enroll or access the Program.
1. Enrollment and Access
Eligibility and Accuracy
You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during your application, Strategy Call, and enrollment. The Company reserves the right to reject or revoke enrollment based on false, misleading, or incomplete information.
Program Access
Upon confirmed payment, you will receive access to The Roster Method program, including course content delivered via our designated learning platform, community features, and coaching sessions as outlined in the offer purchased at the time of checkout. Access duration and level are determined by the specific offer purchased.
Company’s Right to Modify
The Company reserves the right to update, improve, or modify the Program at any time, including but not limited to:
Updating or replacing module content
Adding or removing live coaching calls or group sessions
Adjusting deliverables, tools, or templates
Changing the schedule or format of live sessions
Updating the course delivery platform or community platform
Such changes are made to improve the Program and do not constitute grounds for a refund.
2. Program Deliverables
Curriculum
The Roster Method is a structured, multi-phase curriculum covering talent management fundamentals, including but not limited to: talent scouting and signing, brand deal negotiation, roster management, content strategy, client fulfillment, business operations, and scaling systems. The number of modules, phases, and structure of the curriculum may be updated from time to time at the Company’s discretion. All core content is pre-recorded and delivered through our designated learning platform.
Live Coaching
The Program may include live group coaching sessions such as group coaching calls, deal review sessions, Q&A sessions, and other formats as determined by the Company. The specific sessions offered, their names, frequency, and schedule may change at the Company’s discretion.
Live sessions are conducted via video conferencing (or equivalent platform) and may be recorded for the benefit of enrolled participants.
Community Access
Enrolled participants receive access to our private online community for peer networking, discussion, and support. Opportunities shared by community members are not Program deliverables and are not guaranteed by the Company.
Tools and Templates
The Program may include scripts, outreach templates, negotiation frameworks, SOPs, and other resources. These are provided as educational tools and are subject to change or update.
3. Certified Talent Director (CTD™) Credential
Credential Issuance
Upon successful completion of all Program requirements — including completion of all required phases of the curriculum and satisfaction of any applicable assessment criteria — graduates are eligible to receive the Certified Talent Director (CTD™) designation. This credential is issued by The National Talent Board, a separate entity from OVO Talent LLC.
Credential Deliverables
Digital badge verifiable online through the designated credential platform
Physical charter containing your official credential documentation and accompanying materials (if applicable)
Public verification through The National Talent Board’s verification portal
Credential Maintenance
The CTD™ credential is subject to the policies of The National Talent Board, including but not limited to:
Adherence to the Code of Ethics
Recertification requirements (continuing education hours and renewal fee on a biennial cycle)
The National Talent Board reserves the right to revoke the credential for violations of the Code of Ethics or failure to meet renewal requirements
No Guarantee of Employment or Placement
The CTD™ credential signifies completion of an educational program and demonstrated competency. It does not guarantee employment, job placement, client acquisition, or specific income. The credential is an educational designation, not a government-issued license.
4. No Financial or Performance Guarantees
The Roster Method is an educational program. Your results depend entirely on your individual effort, consistency, quality of work, communication skills, market conditions, and factors beyond the Company’s control.
The Company does NOT guarantee:
Income, revenue, sales, or ROI of any kind
Client or talent acquisition
Brand deal placements or retainer agreements
Specific follower growth or social media performance
Platform approvals, verifications, or eligibility
Any specific business, financial, or performance outcome
Any income figures, case studies, or testimonials referenced in our marketing materials represent individual results and are not typical. They are shared for illustrative purposes only and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of similar outcomes.
5. Intellectual Property
All Program content — including but not limited to video lessons, written materials, templates, scripts, frameworks, SOPs, community content created by the Company, and the CTD™ curriculum — is the intellectual property of OVO Talent LLC and/or The National Talent Board, as applicable.
Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to view and use the Program content for your personal educational use only.
You may NOT:
Share, distribute, or resell any Program content or login credentials
Record, screenshot, or reproduce any Program materials without written consent
Publish or post any internal resources, templates, or proprietary frameworks
Create a competing offer, course, or credential using Program materials or methodology
Share access with any person not enrolled in the Program
Violations of this section will result in immediate termination of access and may result in legal action.
6. Payments, Refunds, and Chargebacks
Payment Terms
Full Program fees are due as agreed at the time of purchase, whether paid in full or via an approved payment plan. Pricing and payment plan options are as presented at the time of enrollment and may be updated from time to time. If you select a payment plan, you authorize our payment processor to collect scheduled payments on the agreed dates. Failure to complete payment plan installments does not relieve you of the obligation to pay the full Program fee.
Refund Policy
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in a separate written refund policy provided at the time of purchase.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Perceived lack of results or dissatisfaction with outcomes
Inability to complete the Program due to personal circumstances
Platform changes, technical issues with third-party services, or factors outside our control
Failure to receive non-guaranteed bonus opportunities
Changes in personal circumstances, availability, or interest
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving Program access constitutes a breach of these Terms. In the event of a chargeback, the Company may present evidence including but not limited to login records, IP logs, support interactions, coaching call attendance, download history, and access logs to dispute the claim. You agree to attempt to resolve any billing concerns directly with the Company at roster@alexgunnar.com before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution.
7. Communication and Support
By enrolling, you consent to receive communications from the Company via email, SMS, and phone related to your enrollment, Program delivery, coaching sessions, and support. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time (see our Privacy Policy).
Support response times vary and are not guaranteed. The Company will make reasonable efforts to respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Missed coaching calls or delayed support responses do not constitute a failure to deliver the Program.
8. Platform, Industry, and Third-Party Risk
The Roster Method teaches strategies that involve third-party platforms including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, brand partnership platforms, and other social media or business tools. These platforms control their own algorithms, policies, terms of service, and approval processes.
The Company does not control these platforms. Platform policy changes, account restrictions, algorithm shifts, or any actions taken by third-party platforms are not the responsibility of the Company and do not constitute grounds for a refund.
9. Suspension or Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Program access, without refund, for any of the following:
Abusive, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior toward staff, coaches, or community members
Sharing, distributing, or reselling Program content or credentials
Encouraging or assisting others in initiating chargebacks
Misrepresentation of your identity, qualifications, or relationship with the Company
Misuse of the CTD™ credential or The National Talent Board branding
Violation of any provision of these Terms
10. Media Release
By enrolling, you grant the Company permission to use any voluntarily shared testimonials, results, screenshots, reviews, and feedback for marketing and promotional purposes across our websites, social media, advertising, and sales materials. This includes but is not limited to text testimonials, video testimonials, social media posts, and income/results screenshots.
You may revoke this permission at any time by submitting a written request to roster@alexgunnar.com. Revocation applies prospectively and does not require removal of previously published materials, though the Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate removal requests.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OVO Talent LLC, its owners, officers, employees, coaches, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Program, including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost profits, loss of business, or loss of data.
The Company’s total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Program.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OVO Talent LLC, its owners, officers, employees, coaches, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your use of the Program, or your business activities conducted as a result of your participation in the Program.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Program shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of California, conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
You agree that any proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only and not as a class action or representative proceeding.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written agreements provided at the time of enrollment, constitute the entire agreement between you and OVO Talent LLC regarding the Program and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations.
